Make sure that the "Allow Remote Assistance Invitations to be sent from this computer" checkbox on the Remote tab of the System Properties control panel is checked. Here's the settings from my machines where I'm not getting the issue.

I have tried running the application on a couple computers and get the error below:

COMException
Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information, open Event Viewer or contact your system administrator. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800704EC)

The issue seems to be in HelpServicesClasses.GenerateTicket line:
Dim text1 As String = service1.RemoteConnectionParms(UserName, DomainName, SessionID, UserHelpBlob)

Any help you can provide on debugging this would be appreciated.
